We had an incredible experience at this hotel in Coatepec. The staff was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the friendly ladies who cleaned our room to the exceptional manager, we felt welcomed and valued. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a play area for kids and a stunning terrace with incredible views. The breakfast options were unbeatable and added to our lovely experience. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible.

This hotel was amazing! Our family spent Christmas here and it was the best decision we could have made. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the local attractions. We also loved the fact that there was a play area for the kids and the breakfast was delicious. The views from the terrace were breathtaking and really made our trip even more memorable. this hotel exceeded all our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

Honestly, there was not much to dislike about this hotel. The only negative aspect we encountered was that the room was a bit small for our family of four.

Can't fault the property.

This hotel is simply amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel right at home. The location is very convenient, with plenty of kids play areas nearby. The terrace view is simply breathtaking, it will leave you speechless. The rooms are super comfortable and the bathroom is always clean and fresh. For breakfast, the variety is vast and delicious! The facilities are top-notch and you will surely find many advantages during your stay.

The gym was not as well equipped as we expected.

They always had a smile on their face and said hello whenever we walked by. the rooms were cleaned to a good standard and had plenty of space. the location was also great, as it was close to the main plaza and a variety of restaurants. the breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the fresh fruit that was served each morning.

It seemed like the walls were very thin and we could hear everything that was going on in the neighboring rooms. the beds were also very uncomfortable and we woke up with sore backs each morning.
